Perfect Pumpkin Bread

To continue our fun for Pumpkin Week,
we bring you the EASIEST
Pumpkin Bread recipe you'll ever bake!
(and probably one of the tastiest)

This recipe comes to us from my
son's third grade teacher.
My son is now in college, so obviously,
this recipe was worth keeping around.

We loved his teacher.
In fact, let's just give a little
shout out to ALL those wonderful
teachers who make a huge difference
every day in the lives of so many. . .

Okie Dokie ~ on with the recipe.

In one bowl, mix the wet ingredients together:
1 cup oil
2 cups pumpkin
4 eggs
3/4 cup water

In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients:
3 1/3 cups sifted flour
3 cups sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cloves

Mix dry ingredients together and make a "well" to
pour wet ingredients in the middle of the "well".

Mix together with a spoon

The original recipe says:
Bake in well greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour
at 350 degrees. (Conventional oven)

However,
we used mini-loaf pans and baked them
at 330 degrees (Convection) for 35 minutes.

Aren't they just precious?

Beautiful gifts,
Great for breakfast,
Yummy late night snack.

Perfect little loaves of happiness!

Don't forget to share!

you are loved
